How do I know I need a bra?

That’s a question we get asked most often. 

There is really no right age when you need a bra. It is solely dependent on your comfort level and the need for one. If you are starting to get conscious of your breast showing through your clothes or feel uneasy during an outdoor sport or adventure, it's probably time. You can either approach your mum or feel free to talk to us about it. It is usually between the ages of 8 – 12, you will start noticing a lot of changes in your breast.

Will the bras provide full coverage?

Now that is an important question. All of our products are non-padded, as we do not believe your body needs it at this point. All of our garments are made of high-quality 4-way stretch fabric with sustainable weight and doubly lined to assure full coverage to the girls.

What size should I order?

It can be tricky when you are new to the whole bra shopping.

I can’t find my size

We are sorry. It’s just that you have a great taste and picked our bestselling product. We assure you that it will be available very soon. Can I order more than one of the same product?

Yes, you can. After browsing through all of our products, at the checkout page, you can decide if you wish to buy more of the same products by simply increasing the numerical value.

All items will continue to appear in the cart until you have removed them or checked out. In case the items no longer appear, it means you are not signed into your Qiwion account. To save your items to wish list or cart, you need to be signed in.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

We have made it super simple.

•    Select a product of your preference

•    Select the size and color of your choice

•    Click Add to Cart

•    Add your shipping address and select mode of payment

•    An order number is generated for tracking and future reference

I got an error while placing the order

My pin code appears invalid on the website

This shouldn’t happen as we have our base covered entirely. However, if it does happen, please call us at +91 9884041490 or ping us on our chat facility and we will look into this immediately.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept online payments and cash on delivery option for selective pin codes. Once you have added the products to the cart and clicked on the checkout page, payment options appear on the screen. You can now make the payment using any of the online options or cash on delivery, which comes at a minimal convenience cost. 

Do you charge GST over the mentioned price of the product?

To make it simpler for our customers, we do not charge over the mentioned price on our platform. The taxes are inclusive in the MRP of the item itself.

I have not received an order confirmation email.

The confirmation email is sent to the email id linked to your Qiwion account. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please log in to your Qiwion account and check My Orders to view all your orders. If the order placed does not appear, in that case, the order was not confirmed. Can I edit my order once confirmed?

We are sure you understand that it becomes challenging to edit orders once confirmed. Hence we request you to review the order carefully before confirming. However, we do provide return/exchange policy on most of our garments. You can read further here.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Our apologies but we do not permit any cancellations once the order is shipped. However, you can always cancel the order if it is yet to be shipped from our warehouse.

How can I view my old orders?

That’s simple. 

•    Login to your Qiwion account

•    Click My Orders icon

This will list the history of orders placed with Qiwion since your sign up with us.

I am placing an order as a gift. What can you do to make it special?

That’s an amazing thought! Well, we would have to mention the price of the product as per the government guidelines. We can, however, add a personal message from you to your loved one. You tick the gift icon at the checkout page and share the message in the text box. In addition, we would extend our love to them by offering a special voucher from the Qiwion family.


I have received an error after entering my card details. What should I do?

We are sorry for the trouble. This could be a temporary issue, please try again after few minutes. If the problem persists, you can ring us at +91 9884041490 or email us at and we will help resolve the issue at the earliest.

The amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed.

This is a common issue when the transaction timeout. Do not worry; if the order has not been registered in our system, we will refund the full amount into your bank account.
