How long do you take to deliver?
We know you are excited about your Qiwion packages.
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving them and it takes anywhere between 2 – 5 business days for the product to reach you. We strive to make the product available at your doorstep in the shortest time possible.
I want my items ASAP. What can you do?
We understand your urgency and believe in fulfilling your wishes.
- You can choose the express delivery option at check out while confirming your order.
- Once the order is placed, please ring us at +91 9884041490 and we will try our best to work out an express delivery for you.
- Please note the express delivery option is available only for select pin codes.
- An additional charge of INR 200 is levied for express service, which will be refunded in case of non-possibility.
Is the shipping of my order free?
All orders above INR 799 come with zero shipping charges. A nominal amount of INR 50 is applied on all other orders.
I placed the wrong shipping address on my order
No problem. You can call us/whatsapp at +91 9884041490 or email us at qiwioncares@gmail.com with the order no and we will be able to edit the address provided the order has not been shipped out.
Can I track my order?
Yes certainly. You can track your order using the tracking number shared with you via email on the dispatch of your items.
The tracking details show no results
It usually takes up to a couple of hours to update the order status on our partners website. Kindly be patient during this time or you could call us at +91 9984041490 and we can help track your order.
