Refund policy

Cancellations 

Qiwion believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.
  • Qiwion does not accept cancellation requests for official merchandise, clearance zone products, clearance/flash sale products or steal deal products etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the product delivered is damaged or defective or a wrong SKU.

Exchange & Returns 

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at 9884041490 via whatsapp with your order ID details. 

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. 

  • All return request to be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • We do not have a return/refund on sizes. Every apparel is custom made based on your order. Sizes are detailed out on every product page.
  • We can help with a return due to quality defect/ an exchange due to size issue where the product should be couriered to our office address within 72 hours of receiving the package, depending on the originating warehouse from where the product was dispatched. Courier charges to be borne by the customer.
  • In case of return due to quality defects, we will examine the product from our end, and if the claim is genuine, the said product amount will be refunded to your bank account. 
  • Once the goods are received at Qiwion centre, we will examine the product and if the claim is found genuine, we will  send across the exchange piece subject to stock availability at a minimal cost 0f INR 39.
  • In case of no stock, we will issue a brand voucher that can be used to purchase any other product from the website for the stated amount. 
  • Panties in packs or singles are not eligible for exchange or return, unless there is a quality defect which will be determined by our team. 
  • All products purchased on sale or ongoing promotions or discounts are not eligible for return.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that the item has been used, washed or soiled.
  • Items sold as set or packs cannot be returned/exchanged as single items.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable/exchangeable 

Refunds 

  • We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Qiwion or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded to the credit/ debit card or your bank account within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
  • While refunding, courier charges, COD Charges (39 INR), Bank transaction charges (5% of amount) are deducted. Only the base value of product is refunded.

1. Is there an additional charge for exchange?

Yes, there is a nominal charge of INR 39 for shipping the exchange product from our end.

2. I have received a wrong product

This is highly unlikely as our quality team inspects every order before it is dispatched to match and confirm on quality. However, if it is not as per your expectation, please raise a request with our support team @ 9880441490 via whatsapp with your order ID.

3. Can I raise a return request more than once on an order?

To make it easy for all, we allow only one return policy against each order. Please whatsapp us  at 9884041490 in case you need further assistance.

4. In case I return the products, will shipping charges/COD be refunded?

No. These are one-time charges, which are paid to our logistics partners against all deliveries.
